ARPA Technical Assistance & Grant

Lee Co ARPA image

With the assistance of the SRMA as a Technical Provider, $98,955 in grant funds were awarded to manufacturers!  While ARPA grant funding has expired, there are other funding sources available.  Let us help you strategize a resiliency plan and explore funding opportunities to help pay for training resources.

The Southwest Florida Manufacturers Association (SRMA) in collaboration with Lee County Economic Development Office, is offering a Small Business Technical Assistance Program to assist manufacturing businesses in response to COVID-19, and their continuing efforts to recover from the negative impact.

The program was developed under the direction of the Lee Board of County Commissioners and is funded through the federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).

The Small Business Technical Assistance Program provides Lee County manufacturers free assessments to identify challenges and offer resources to help with growth and resiliency.  Currently, the primary focus revolves around Business Continuity Assessments, helping to ensure manufacturers are ready for the next business interruption.

In addition, the SRMA offers:

  • Assessment of business needs
  • Strategic Planning services
  • Performance Optimization evaluations
  • Data and Business Intelligence
  • Growth Acceleration services
  • International Trade expertise
