SRMA exists to be the bridge between manufacturers and the educators, workforce boards, and community organizations training tomorrow's workforce. We work directly with:
- K-12 schools and career academies, building early awareness of manufacturing careers
- Technical and state colleges — including Immokalee Technical College and Florida SouthWestern State College — on curriculum and facility tours
- CareerSource Southwest Florida, on job fairs, career-awareness events, and connecting job seekers with member companies
- Registered Apprenticeship programs through FloridaMakes, giving employers a structured way to train and retain skilled talent while employees earn while they learn
