Oceana Global Logistics, a Fort Myers-based independent non-vessel operating common carrier and freight forwarder, is expanding their presence within Southwest Florida by joining the Southwest Regional Manufacturers Association or SRMA.
The SRMA connects manufacturers and the needed resources in Southwest Florida together “to help them thrive in the areas of economic development, state-of-the-art technology and to maintain a highly skilled workforce.” Members within the SRMA will be able to utilize CEO roundtable discussions, networking events, public relation tools, human resources needs, grants, awards and recognition at a regional and state level.
Founded in 2011, Oceana Global Logistics provides international services to meet supply chain needs through air, ocean, road and rail freight to deliver imports and exports in North America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and the Indian subcontinent.
“We are honored to be a part of the Southwest Regional Manufacturers Association,” said Sissil Dep, Founder and CEO of Oceana Global Logistics. “We believe this partnership will not only bolster the company’s reach, but will help establish Oceana Global Logistics as the local premier freight forwarder for manufacturers in the area.”
